Finance Partner – API Business & Investment Finance (12-month maternity/

The Position

As a Finance Partner, you will join a collaborative team supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across API manufacturing and investment activities.

You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Project Management and Manufacturing to provide financial transparency, support decision-making and ensure high-quality financial reporting and analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance career while gaining exposure to investment finance, manufacturing operations and senior stakeholder collaboration.

The working location is split between our offices in Kalundborg and Taastrup.

Your Responsibilities

As Finance Partner, you will:

  • Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across investment projects and operating factories.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting and meaningful business insights to senior management.
  • Help drive financial transparency by analysing budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
  • Support resource allocation and business decision-making through financial analysis.
  • Challenge financial assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the quality of financial information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of financial processes, reporting tools and ways of working.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Finance and the business to support strategic priorities.

About The Team

You will join API Business & Investment Finance, a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting and finance partnering across investment projects and manufacturing operations within API.

The team provides financial insights to support strategic decision making and resource allocation while working closely with colleagues across the organisation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevent field and are either a recent graduate or have up to four years relevent experience gained through graduate roles, internships or early career finance positions.

  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Financial planning
  • Cost controlling
  • Financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial information into business insights.
  • A structured approach and the ability to adapt when priorities change.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience within manufacturing, production or CAPEX environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary And Benefits

Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 570,200 to 838,100

depending on your experience and competencies.

Incentives and benefits: The package may include short- and/or long-term incentives as well as additional employee benefits, aligned with the position level, location, and market benchmarks.
