Consultant - Investment Advisory
Blue Power Partners
Blue Power Partners holds a leading position advising top-tier private equity investors on transactions within renewable energy infrastructure, including wind, solar, energy storage, and Power-to-X. We're looking for a sharp, analytical and commercial mind to help us shape the investment decisions driving the energy transition.
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of financial modelling and valuation work, along with providing commercial advice that directly informs decisions on large-scale renewable infrastructure investments. This is a front-row seat to some of the most significant capital deployments in the energy sector today.
About The Job
We're expanding our Investment Advisory team and looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant, ready to make an impact from day one. You'll work hands-on shaping and analyzing large-scale investment opportunities in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. We're looking for someone with strong analytical and commercial instincts, real ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine curiosity for how deals get made.
You'll own:
- Building and running financial models and valuations for large-scale renewable energy infrastructure investments
- Assessing financial and commercial feasibility, and benchmarking opportunities against the market
- Turning complex financial and techno-commercial data into sharp, decision-ready presentations for clients and investors
- Staying ahead of the market to spot new opportunities as they emerge
You can be based in Aalborg or Copenhagen, depending on what fits you best. We operate globally, so flexibility is part of the deal — as is strong written and spoken English.
About You
You thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same. You're curious, driven, and quick to take ownership. Your degree doesn't have to be a perfect match — we imagine a background in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or similar, ideally backed by relevant work experience in similar high-impact positions.
You'll bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a related field
- Hands-on experience with financial modelling, valuation, and business case analysis, along with a solid understanding of transaction structuring
- A knack for turning complex data into sharp, digestible presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Deep analytical mindset with an eye for detail that doesn't miss much
- Strong business acumen and commercial instinct
- A willingness to grow, develop and become a top-tier consultant in the field of renewable energy
About Us
We're a global company on a mission: accelerating a carbon-free planet. We believe diverse experiences, skills, and perspectives make us stronger, and we're building a fast-growing, agile organization with a genuine can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial edge.
You will join the Investment and Asset Economics team of 10+ colleagues across Denmark, Spain and Australia.
