Vice President - Analyst, Corporate Strategy - Copenhagen

Capital Four is a leading European alternative asset manager specializing in private credit and credit investments. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Corporate Strategy team and help shape the firm's next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and the Board of Directors on strategic priorities across the business.

The Role

Support the development and formulation of Capital Four's corporate strategy and support strategy implementation process (drive strategic initiatives across the organization).

Strategy

• Support senior management and the Board in defining strategic priorities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and strategic development across investment, operational, and technology functions.
• Support key internal forums, including the annual strategy offsite and quarterly town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Business Development & Product on distribution strategy and fundraising planning, and with the CFO on business planning and analysis.

Strategy Execution

• Lead and coordinate the firm's Strategy Implementation Framework (SIF).
• Monitor progress on key strategic initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects and support business leaders in delivering strategic priorities.
• Prepare management presentations and reporting materials.

Corporate Development & Shareholder Engagement

• Support corporate development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate shareholder engagement activities.
• Prepare Board and shareholder materials related to strategy and corporate development.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to support decision-making.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank, M&A advisory firm, or similar corporate finance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
