People & Organization - Transformation and Change Lead

We are looking for an experienced Transformation & Change Lead as part of our corporate transformation program. You will be responsible for identifying, facilitating, and driving the operational, organizational, and leadership changes required to achieve our transformation objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, leaders and transformation teams across the Nordics to drive change initiatives, facilitate workshops and support organizational transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact people, culture and business transformation activities in a dynamic Nordic environment.
The assignment is a fixed term, initially 50%, with the possibility to increase to 75%, and is expected to run for approximately 18 months with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives across the Nordics.
- Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder dialogues and change activities.
- Translate business transformation needs into practical change and engagement plans.
- Support leaders and teams through transformation and change journeys.
- Collaborate closely with P&O, business stakeholders and transformation leads.
- Build stakeholder alignment and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
- Contribute to culture, leadership and people-related transformation projects.
- Experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, HR/P&O, Transformation or a related field.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting business transformation and organizational change.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- A pragmatic, business-oriented and delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience working in a Nordic or international environment is an advantage.
You are a self-driven and collaborative professional who enjoys creating structure, facilitating change and working closely with senior stakeholders. You combine business understanding with strong execution skills and have a proven ability to move initiatives forward in complex environments.
