Internal Sales Coordinator, France - Support commercial success across one of Aduro's most important European markets

Aduro is one of Scandinavia's leading manufacturers of wood-burning stoves, pellet stoves and bioethanol fireplaces. While we've grown across Europe, we've kept the entrepreneurial mindset that defines us—short decision-making paths, high ownership, and plenty of room for initiative.
We're now looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and strengthening our French sales organisation.
Where coordination meets commercial insight
Based at our headquarters in Aarhus, you'll work closely with our Sales Director (LATIN) and colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to support our largest Southern European market.
You'll quickly become the go-to person for commercial coordination in the French market, taking ownership of processes and ensuring nothing falls between the cracks.
Your work will combine
- Sales support
- Business analysis
- Commercial coordination.
- Preparing customer presentations and sales materials,
- Maintaining pricing, customer documentation and sales performance analyses
Just as importantly, you'll turn commercial data into insights that help our sales team make better decisions and identify new opportunities while ensuring Aduro is represented professionally across key DIY retailers and online partners.
Et voilà - you'll play a key role in ensuring our French sales organization has the tools, insights and support needed to succeed.

A Coordinator Who Makes a Difference
You may have experience as an Internal Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Commercial Coordinator or in a similar commercial support position, where you've learned how strong coordination, commercial insight and attention to detail contribute to successful sales.
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and analytical. You enjoy creating structure, improving processes and supporting colleagues, while also taking ownership and driving tasks forward. Just as importantly, you're curious enough to turn commercial data into insights that support better business decisions.
You bring genuine insight into the French market and a strong understanding of its business culture, customer expectations and commercial dynamics. That knowledge enables you to strengthen customer relationships, support commercial decisions, and help us grow in one of our most important markets.
We also value experience from an international company working with retailers, distributors or commercial partners, and you're able to demonstrate how you've contributed to improving commercial performance, processes or customer collaboration in a similar position.
Most importantly, you are fluent in French and comfortable communicating professionally in English. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Success in this position goes far beyond coordination. You'll help our sales organisation make better commercial decisions and strengthen Aduro's presence in one of our most important markets.
Within your first year, you'll become the trusted commercial partner for our French sales team by delivering reliable reporting, improving commercial processes, strengthening our customer-facing materials, and helping drive continued growth in one of Aduro's most important markets.
