Maintenance & Warehouse Assistant

3Shape

3Shape is seeking a Maintenance & Warehouse assistant for our headquarters in Copenhagen

Are you practical, service-minded, and motivated by a varied workday? Do you have hands-on technical experience and knowledge of mailroom/internal post operations? If so, you now have the opportunity to join 3Shape in a newly established position as a Maintenance & warehouse assistant at our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen.

We are looking for an engaged, flexible, and approachable colleague who enjoys delivering excellent service in a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Your role

You will become part of our energetic Facility Services Team, which supports approximately 550 employees daily in an international working environment.

The position combines practical maintenance tasks with the responsibility for our Warehouse, which manages incoming packages and preparing outgoing shipments.

You will therefore play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the facility and actively contribute to maintaining an efficient and attractive workplace.

This role involves close interaction with office users and the Facility team, giving you a varied workday and a broad network of contacts across the organization.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs to furniture and fixtures, as well as general indoor maintenance of the office facilities.
  • Assist with internal relocations, including moving tasks and cable management at workstations.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are always presentable, fully functional, and ready for use.
  • Manage receiving and registering incoming packages and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Book and coordinate daily parcel and courier shipments (3–5 per day) using the DSV Express system.
  • Contribute to the daily operation of the building and act as backup for the Facility Assistant during periods of absence.
  • Carry out other ad hoc building maintenance and facility-related tasks.

We Imagine That You

  • Have handyman/handywoman background or practical/technical skills.
  • Are service-minded and have a keen eye for quality and detail.
  • Work in a structured manner and can plan and prioritize your tasks in a busy environment.
  • Have good communication skills and naturally build positive relationships with colleagues and office users. It is important that you are a Team player and bring in a positive spirit.
  • Have experience with the Microsoft Office suite and a basic understanding of IT and AV equipment used in meeting rooms.
  • Have experience with mailroom /internal post operations (an advantage, but not a requirement).
  • Are comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
