The Opportunity
ROCKWOOL is seeking a highly experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established organization with ambitious strategic plans, where HR plays a pivotal role in shaping success.

You will join a collaborative and supportive HR team and contribute to an organization with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental impact. You will work closely with different colleagues, across borders and HR CoEs, and have the chance to take ownership of strategic initiatives that directly impact the development of key global functions.
What You Will Be Doing
You will partner with two key global functions—Group Technology and Project Execution—which are VP areas and part of Group Operations & Technology (GOT). Group Technology is the engineering backbone of ROCKWOOL, with specialized engineers responsible for delivering technical solutions. Project Execution with highly experienced project leaders is responsible for executing complex and critical projects, such as renovating and building new factories globally.
As the company continues to evolve to be future fit, we require a forward-thinking senior HR Business Partner who can act as a trusted advisor to the business, translating strategy into people priorities and executing them with precision.
Trusted advisor
- Being trusted advisor and partner with the VP and their leadership team on strategy, organization, capability, leadership, culture, and performance priorities.
- Identify and analyse current skills versus future needs and define plans to bridge gaps through hiring, development, and deployment.
- Manage succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and preparing them for critical roles.
- Support leadership continuity and capability-building across the organization.
- Build high-performing, engaged leadership teams through strong partnerships and data-informed people strategies.
- Use insights from surveys, exit interviews, and engagement data to improve employee experience and retain key talent.
- Facilitate the definition of SMART objectives aligned with business goals and support development across functions and geographies.
- Facilitate structured organizational reviews to identify future capability needs and assess performance and potential.
- Lead change management efforts and support restructuring initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency across departments.
- Drive organizational agility and effectiveness.
- Facilitate and execute annual people processes in collaboration with business leaders.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across the business.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
- Align HR efforts with enterprise goals and future capability needs.
- Support senior-level recruitment as needed.
- 8+ years of HR experience with proven success partnering with senior leaders in complex, multinational environments.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with expertise across organizational design, change management, performance, development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborative and relationship-driven, with cultural agility and the ability to influence across borders and functions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and strong change leadership capability.
- Fluent in English.
- M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
