GMP Material Handler (Day & Evening Shift) – 2 positions

Your New Role
As a GMP Material Handler, you’ll support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on picking, packing, and dispatch. You’ll also handle goods receipt, storage, inventory, and timely material supply to production—always in full compliance with GMP and internal procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with Production, Quality Control, and other stakeholders to keep materials flowing smoothly.
We are hiring for two positions: one Day Shift and one Evening Shift.
Day Shift Schedule
Monday–Thursday 06:30–14:30, Friday 06:30–14:00
Weekend work for Day Shift is not currently scheduled but may be introduced in the future as operations expand.
Evening Shift Schedule
- 13:00-23:00
- Fixed rotating shift pattern
- Includes work on alternate weekends (every second weekend)
- Days off are scheduled according to the shift rotation
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Delivering materials to production in a timely manner.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet production needs.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse to meet the GMP standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements is preferred but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, SAP, and other IT applications.
- Forklift certification.
