About The Role

As our Business Development Distributor Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our distributor business across the Nordic region.

Acting as the link between our distributors and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure seamless execution across markets and contribute to strong business performance. Working closely with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing, you will coordinate activities, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvements across the distributor business.

This is a role with broad exposure across the Nordic organization, offering the opportunity to collaborate with multiple functions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the growth of some of the world's leading prestige beauty brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for our Nordic distributors and build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate activities and communication between distributors and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Ensure flawless execution of launches, promotions, pricing updates, samples, GWPs, and assortment changes.
  • Monitor order flow, stock availability, and business performance to support operational excellence across markets.
  • Maintain and optimize distributor master data, assortment files, pricing files, and key business trackers.
  • Prepare distributor meetings, business reviews, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Consolidate and analyze sales, inventory, and forecast data to support business decisions.
  • Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance, reporting, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on milestones, actions, and deliverables.
  • Support onboarding of new distributors, brands, and markets while helping drive future growth initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience within business support, commercial operations, analytics, project coordination, or a similar area.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across functions and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English. A Nordic language is considered an advantage.
