Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to executing DESMI’s Defense projects. Your role mainly revolves around:
- Senior project management: Lead and deliver complex, long-cycle projects in Defense from offer phase through final handover
- Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering and internal teams to drive project execution forward
- Stakeholder reporting excellence: Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate reporting across project lifecycles
As a Senior Project Manager, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional with strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of the Defense domain, including mechanical and systems engineering. Understanding the requirement for documentation and quality is key for this role.

- Have solid experience working on international projects within a global organization
- Have experience within Defense and/or managing complex projects is considered a strong advantage
- Have skills in reporting and communicating effectively with senior management
- Can drive project excellence while coordinating across regions
- Understand the importance of deadlines and consistently deliver on time
- Have skills in contract management, change management, and a commercial mindset
- Experience with agile tools and methods would also be preferred.
- It is a requirement that the right person can get a security clearance and are able to keep this while working in this role
