The role is a central part of our Commercial Excellence team, where you will help our sales organization and partner network perform at their best.

About the role

Commercial Excellence sits at the center of Continia's commercial engine. We own the systems, structure, and strategy that help our sales organization and partner network perform at their best. This role is focused on the go-to-market layer: the playbooks, frameworks, benchmarks, and content structures that make Continia solutions easy to sell.


You will work closely with our Partner Account Managers and commercial teams across Denmark, EU and US, and in close collaboration with our Marketing team, who own marketing strategy and content production. Your job is not to create every asset. It is to design the structure behind them.

You will know you are succeeding when every Partner Account Manager can answer “what is our GTM strategy for this solution?” without hesitation, finds the right asset in two clicks, and knows exactly how to position us against the competition, because you built the structure that makes that possible.


Your primary responsibilities

  • Build and maintain GTM playbooks that help PAMs and partners sell, position, and move deals forward across our solution portfolio
  • Design and own our sales enablement structure, including onboarding guides, objection handling, competitive positioning, and channel-specific templates
  • Translate commercial strategy into practical tools and structured content briefs for Marketing to execute
  • Support campaign planning with the commercial logic, segmentation, and messaging frameworks our teams need
  • Own benchmarking for GTM effectiveness, tracking what works, standardizing it, and improving iteratively
  • Reduce friction in the handoff between our admin and licensing processes and our commercial teams through clear guides and structured workflows
  • Own how GTM content is organized and surfaced, so the right thing is easy to find at the right time


Who are you?

You are structured, curious, and self-driven. You enjoy taking something vague and making it clear and usable, and you are at your best working directly with commercial teams and partners, understanding what they need in practice rather than in theory. This role comes with a lot of ownership and not a lot of hand-holding.


You imagine you:

  • Have 3 to 5 years in sales enablement, commercial operations, GTM, or partner marketing, ideally in a B2B software or SaaS environment
  • Have built or owned playbooks, enablement programs, or GTM frameworks, not just contributed to them
  • Are strong at turning ambiguity into structure
  • Work comfortably with commercial teams and partners as your primary stakeholders
  • Can brief a marketing team clearly and collaborate without needing to own execution yourself
  • Are fluent in English; Danish is a plus
