We’re looking for a high calibre Asset Manager to join our Denmark team in Copenhagen on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll report directly to the Senior Asset Manager, supporting the Danish Last Mile Real Estate portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for the asset management strategy of your portfolio, including leasing and property management. You’ll drive the management of our property portfolio while making great connections and building our local and national relationships.

What you’ll do
- Implement a sustainable asset management strategy for existing and future assets driven by effective lease management
- Challenge and put forward a recommendation for the annual property management budget for each asset as the initial part of the overall business plan.
- Evaluate property and review financial projections
- Underwrite asset management reports
- Approve commercial terms of leases. Be responsible for converting these commercial terms into contractual leases.
- Track the risk criteria for each asset, spot red flags and inform the management team of any warning signals.
- Deliver insights through market intelligence.
- Look for and exploit opportunities to add value in our portfolio and asset management performance
- Manage all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders and associated capital expenditures
- Integrate remodelling, redevelopments and extensions into the business plan. You’ll work with the development and finance teams to control and monitor this as part of the business plan
- Build and maintain warm and productive direct relationships with tenants, consultants and industry colleagues.
What you’ll bring
- +3 years’ experience in logistics and industrial Asset Management. You can demonstrate how and where you’ve added value.
- An in-depth knowledge of the Last Mile Real Estate realm. You’ll understand the market and tenants and be able to spot and act on opportunities.
- Your communication skills as a Danish fluent speaker. Fluency in English is a plus.
- Your head for numbers. You can validate valuations and forward-looking financial projections.
- Your education in a relevant university degree
