Bring your outstanding skills in business partnering, problem solving and portfolio management to lead and oversee complex project and program management initiatives that span across LEGO branded entities (LEGO Holding, LEGO Digital Play and the LEGO Group), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
This role will need a passionate and experienced leader to partner with stakeholders across all levels, across the multiple entities and lead cross-functional strategic projects. This role demands a proactive, hands-on contributor who excels in a resource-conscious environment and is comfortable working autonomously, especially in the early stages. This is a critical role based in Billund, Denmark.

Core Responsibilities
Partnering with leaders across the wider LEGO ecosystem, this role will work closely with the leadership teams of LEGO Holding, the LEGO Group, and LEGO Digital Play.
Specifically, you will
- Serve as owner and driver of overall project plan to enable entities to collaborate effectively together, tracking progress and impact of joint entity projects and programs.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across LEGO Holding, The LEGO Group, and LEGO Digital Play to drive critical projects, align on strategy, and work collaboratively to remove barriers.
- Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisions and create time enduring ways of operating.
- Translate strategic initiatives into simple and clear communications for LEGO Holding to share with various senior stakeholders.
- Prepare materials on behalf of LEGO Holding for various executive leadership teams and Board of Directors to create unified understanding across various topics, outline key decisions and where alignment is needed, and ultimately prepare drive towards decisions that impact strategic direction.
- Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well.
This individual will become a member of the LEGO Holding team, a KIRKBI owned entity whose purpose is bringing together LEGO branded activities in LEGO Holding to build a unified brand experience across physical, digital, and location-based play. The role reports to VP, Chief of Staff, LEGO Holding.
The successful candidate comes with a Masters’ degree in Economics, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering or a similar field combined with significant professional experience. This includes
- Substantial experience from a top-tier management consultancy.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-faceted projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with complex organizational objectives.
- Deep, demonstrable experience in operating model development, organisational design, transformation strategy, and change enablement.
- Outstanding business partnering skills at an executive level and an ability to build a strong network within the organisation.
- Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders as well as the larger organisation.
- Ability to easily shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational details to drive projects including scoping, analysis and recommendations.
- A strategic mind-set coupled with top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.
- Time spent with an international company working with key partners across different markets, preferably in a strategic capacity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure documents and quantitative analysis, turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for executive level interaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues including working with different cultures, in different time zones and in different formats (online and offline)
- A ‘can do’-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-paced environment.
