We are experiencing strong demand for senior consulting support on complex, transformational projects - particularly within energy, defence, and industrials. To meet that demand, we are looking for consultants who are building their expertise in one or more of the following areas:


Operational excellence - process optimisation, operating model design, performance management, Lean, or related disciplines


Strategy design and implementation - from aspiration setting, market analysis and opportunity qualification to execution and organisational traction


Governance, Risk and Compliance - including companywide adoption of new regulatory standards such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and GDPR, or broader enterprise risk management


Across all of these, experience with digitalisation, AI and data as a driver of business transformation is broadly relevant and increasingly valued. Same goes for experience working in or alongside technology-driven environments. And while the above reflects where we see the strongest current demand, we are open to profiles with different or broader backgrounds - what matters most is the quality of your thinking and your track record of delivering real impact.


Ideally, your consulting experience is combined with practical leadership experience from within a company, giving you a firsthand understanding of what change looks like from the inside.

Some exposure to large-scale change efforts - designing, mobilising, and sustaining transformation programmes - counts for just as much.


You are beginning to build a professional network and client relationships you can draw on - and you are motivated to develop that further as part of your work with us.


What we look for:

Intellectual depth with operational instinct. You understand that the quality of consulting work is measured by how much better companies actually operate afterward. Organizational capacity, stakeholder dynamics, and resource constraints are design parameters you work within.


Comfort leading through ambiguity. Real transformation work is messy and perfect conditions rarely exist. You make sound judgments under pressure, keep momentum when priorities shift, and help clients stay the course when uncertainty peaks.


Natural ability to build trusted client relationships. You earn trust across organizational levels, facilitate complex conversations that move things forward, and build relationships that outlast individual projects.


Humility, energy, and humor. We take the work seriously but ourselves less so. You bring your whole self to work and to the people around you. You know what you do not know, ask for help when it matters, and humor keeps perspective when things get intense.


Commitment to quality and follow-through. This is not a strive for perfectionism. It is caring enough to get things right and knowing that iteration leads to better deliverables and results. Details matter and deadlines are real. Your work reflects high standards.


What you bring – on paper:

·      3+ years experience in management consulting

·      3+ years practical experience driving change from within a company

·      Hold a relevant master’s degree with remarkable results

·      Excellent written and spoken English and Danish

·      Ability to work from our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen when not on projects
