Main purpose of the position:

Supports country-level functional design with TA Director and system preparation activities for the SmartRecruiters implementation across multiple global rollouts. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, this role works closely with the Transformation Lead, country teams, GTS, tech to help operationalize recruiting processes within the future-state system design. The TA Functional Expert plays an active, hands-on role in co -facilitating workshops with Transformation Lead, and guiding country discussions, supporting and populating "country" configuration workbooks to prepare to be put into configuration workbook; preparing test scenarios, and ensuring alignment with global standards. The role is expected to proactively drive progress, identify gaps, challenge unnecessary customization requests, and escalate deviations from agreed standard processes when needed, enabling multiple countries and workstreams to progress simultaneously while maintaining consistency across the global Talent Acquisition operating model.


What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate country-level design workshops to gather business and functional requirements, supporting the development of scalable, standardized recruiting processes aligned with the global operating model.
  • Partner with GTS to support functional configuration activities, including the preparation and maintenance of configuration workbooks, ensuring system configuration aligns with business requirements and approved design principles.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of functional test scripts, test scenarios, end-to-end workflow validation, defect tracking, and collaboration with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Validate recruiting workflows and process designs to ensure alignment with global standards, identifying, documenting, and escalating process gaps, risks, and deviations as appropriate.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, driving follow-up actions, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring timely resolution of functional issues.
  • Support global process standardization efforts by promoting consistent adoption of agreed operating models while balancing approved local business and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, configuration artifacts, decision logs, system communications, user guidance, and response templates to support implementation, governance, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support operational readiness activities, including documentation management, workflow testing, transition planning, and business readiness to enable successful deployment and adoption.



Who you’ll work with:

  • Core Project Team, including TA Director, Transformation Lead, Project Manager, GTS leader/team, as well as country project managers, P&C Directors, TA teams and data privacy team.



Key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations and/or Talent Acquisition transformation.
  • Experience creating TA process efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting ATS implementations (ideally SmartRecruiters/Paradox/comparable platforms) or a business transformation is a plus
  • Experience translating recruiting processes into system configurations, testing, and operational readiness activities ideal
  • Experience working across global or multi-country environments with standardized processes.
