Your Impact
The Media, PR & Influence Specialist is responsible for driving paid, earned and owned media activities across the Nordic markets. Covering media planning, public relations and influencer marketing, the role plays a key part in strengthening brand visibility, engagement and performance across the region.
As a key member of the Nordic marketing team, you will collaborate closely with local teams, Central functions, agencies and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns and activations. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong knowledge of the Nordic landscape and a passion for luxury brand building.

The Position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark
Position
Media Planning & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated full-funnel media plans across the Nordic markets in line with the annual marketing calendar and global priorities, in close collaboration with stakeholders and agencies to ensure local relevance and strong impact from brand building to performance.
- Identify new opportunities, trends and partnerships to strengthen media effectiveness, brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee brand presence across key digital platforms, including Google My Business, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives aligned with the annual marketing calendar and brand objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and media partners across the Nordics.
- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with Nordic and Central teams, agencies and key stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective campaign execution.
- Share market insights, trends and best practices to support brand performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate media and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Manage reporting processes, campaign tracking and budgets, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Ideally, you would have 2 years Experiences (excluding internships) in media planning, influencer marketing and/or PR, including end-to-end campaign execution across paid, earned and owned channels, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI and Business Manager.
Strong knowledge of the Nordic media and influencer landscape.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
