As part of the End User Services/ Global Digital Workplace within Infrastructure & Operations (I&O), this role plays a critical part in ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant IT services globally.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Lead of IT Asset Management to lead and evolve the organization’s end to end Hardware and Software Asset Management capabilities across FLBG.
This role is accountable for defining and executing the global IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, ensuring that all assets are optimized, compliant, and aligned with business goals. The position leads global teams, governs asset lifecycle processes, and owns financial, vendor, and compliance accountability.
The successful candidate will drive enterprise-wide governance, enhance End User Services/ Digital Workplace capabilities, and ensure strong alignment with regulatory requirements (including GxP), ITIL frameworks, and corporate policies.
This is a leadership role requiring a visionary and execution-focused individual capable of scaling global asset management practices, driving cost optimization, and enabling data-driven decisions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Global ITAM Strategy & Governance (25%)

Define, own, and execute the global IT Asset Management strategy across FLBG

Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks, SOPs, and operating models

Ensure alignment with ITIL, compliance (GxP), and corporate policies
-
Define KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks for asset lifecycle performance
2. Leadership & Organizational Direction (20%)
-
Lead and develop a global organization of asset managers and specialists
-
Define organizational structure, roles, and capability roadmap
-
Drive a high-performance, service-oriented, and compliance-focused culture
-
Act as senior escalation point and decision authority for asset-related matters
3. Asset Lifecycle & Operational Excellence (15%)
-
Own and govern the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets globally

Ensure standardized processes for procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
-
Drive automation and integration with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow CI/CMDB)
-
Ensure global data accuracy, visibility, and operational maturity
4. Vendor, Contract & Financial Ownership (15%)
-
Own global vendor strategy and relationships for Hardware and Software
-
Oversee contract negotiations, licensing agreements, and Notices of Contract Approval (NCA)

Manage and forecast multi-million asset budgets in collaboration with Finance
-
Drive cost optimization and ROI improvements through license and asset utilization
5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement (10%)

Establish enterprise asset intelligence capabilities (reporting, dashboards, insights)

Drive data-driven decision-making across Digital Workplace investments

Identify optimization opportunities across asset utilization and lifecycle costs
6. Compliance, Risk & Audit Leadership (10%)

Ensure full compliance with licensing agreements, audits, and regulatory requirements

Lead internal and external audit readiness and remediation efforts
-
Mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across asset management
Education Requirements :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
-
Master’s degree preferred
Experience Requirements :
-
15+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations
-
5+ years in leadership roles (global scope)
-
Proven experience in regulated/GxP environments
-
Strong expertise in ITIL, asset lifecycle governance, and ServiceNow ITSM platforms

Extensive experience in vendor management, financial ownership, and negotiation

Demonstrated experience building and scaling global functions
Knowledge & Skills :

Deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)

Strong understanding of Digital Workplace ecosystems (endpoints, M365, mobility)

Executive-level stakeholder management and communication

Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability

This role can be based out of any FUJIFILM office location.
