Do you want to learn at the cutting-edge of modern sales - using AI tools most graduates only read about? At EG, you won’t just pick up the basics of B2B sales. You’ll help shape how a brand-new team does it, working hands-on with Claude Sales agents, Apollo, and in-house AI tools from week one.

We’re building a centralised Business Development team at EG, and we want curious, energetic graduates to be part of it from day one - a high-impact initiative reshaping how we grow our SMB business across the Nordics.

Your Role: Build Pipeline for EG’s SMB Growth
You’ll join our brand-new, centralised Business Development team within Revenue Strategy & Operations - the department at the heart of EG’s commercial engine, connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to help EG grow in a smart, scalable, and predictable way.

You’ll split your time between qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting in partnership with our Account Executives. As we automate more of the inbound flow, your focus will shift increasingly toward outbound - building pipeline that drives real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads fast and consistently, so every prospect gets a strong first impression of EG.

  • Identify and engage prospects in whitespace accounts and win-back campaigns through a structured, multi-channel cadence (email, phone, LinkedIn).

  • Book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives, setting up deals for a strong start.

  • Drive predictable pipeline growth by running consistent outreach cadences using tools like Apollo.

  • Personalise outreach and prioritise leads using AI-assisted workflows - so you spend your time on the conversations that matter.

  • Partner with Account Executives and RevOps to share feedback and continuously sharpen targeting and approach.

Your Profile: Curious, Driven, Ready to Learn
We’re not looking for years of sales experience - just the right mindset and a genuine hunger to learn. You see ambiguity as an opportunity, not an obstacle, and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

You bring:

  • You use AI to sharpen prospecting, prioritise leads, and personalise outreach at scale - it’s core to how you work, not an add-on.

  • You’ve recently graduated (or are about to) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • You’re a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

  • You’re structured and persistent - you follow through on what you start.

  • You communicate clearly in English and at least one of Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.

  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
