Your Role: Own Pipeline Generation for EG’s Nordic SMB Growth
You’ll be an early member of our Revenue Strategy & Operations department - the team that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to make EG’s commercial engine smarter and faster. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape a growing motion, not just execute inside one.
You’ll spend roughly 20% of your time on inbound lead qualification and 80% on outbound prospecting in close partnership with our Account Executives. As we automate the inbound motion over FY26, your focus will shift increasingly to owning scalable outbound programs — using our tech stack of Apollo, Claude Sales agents, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and run high-quality, multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) across whitespace accounts and strategic win-back segments, using Apollo, Salesloft, or equivalent.

Drive high-volume, well-researched cold calling as a core part of your pipeline rhythm - not an afterthought.

Own inbound lead qualification to a sub-10-minute speed-to-lead benchmark, giving every lead a fast, structured response.

Book qualified discovery meetings and consistently meet or exceed your pipeline and activity KPIs.

Use AI-assisted workflows - lead enrichment, personalised messaging, call coaching, next-best-action - to prospect smarter, not just harder.

Shape and refine prospecting cadences with your own field experience, partnering closely with Account Executives and RevOps to sharpen targeting.
Your Profile: Experienced, Data-Driven, Ready to Own It
You’ve already built a track record in outbound sales, and now you want more ownership, sharper tools, and the chance to help build something from scratch rather than join something already running. You’re self-directed and resilient - energised by building, not maintaining.
You bring:

You use AI to sharpen prospecting, personalise outreach, and let automation handle the busywork - it’s core to how you work, not an add-on.

1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech, with a proven record of hitting outbound pipeline or meeting targets.

Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Salesloft, Gong, or similar - you know how to build a cadence, not just follow one.

Confident on the phone - cold calling isn’t something you avoid, it’s something you have a system for.

Data-driven - you track your own metrics, spot what isn’t working, and adjust fast - and you communicate fluently in English plus at least one of Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
