Business Analyst for Group Market Data

Join Group Market Data Management where financial data meets business strategy. You will help ensure the right teams across Danske Bank get access to essential market data from providers like Bloomberg, LSEG, and MSCI. This role offers a unique window into how large financial institutions make decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of an international team in Copenhagen and Vilnius, you will work closely with dedicated professionals and our global vendor partners to manage critical financial data used for trading, investments, and customer advisory. You will build relationships across the bank while ensuring data quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external data providers
• Match business requirements with external data offerings and solutions
• Participate in strategic projects involving third-party data initiatives
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service quality with suppliers
• Collaborate with team members and specialists across the bank
• Oversee internal, external, and contractual relationships

About You

• Relevant degree in business, finance, economics, IT, law, or data fields
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and business requirements
• Clear communication skills in writing and meetings
• Organised approach with ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Relationship-building skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Practical mindset for turning complexity into actionable steps
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

You may have recently graduated or have a few years of experience from banking, finance, consulting, procurement, technology, legal, business analysis or a related field. The exact background is less important than your ability to learn, think clearly and work well with others. What matters most is that you are curious, structured, motivated to learn and willing to take ownership.
