About the team and department
Our Digital, Data & AI unit within Personal Customers plays a pivotal role in delivering on our Forward '28 strategy. We have embarked on a strategic transformation of customer engagement across touchpoints, supported by initiatives like new Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform, a CRM tool and agents all with advanced AI capabilities. Together with a motivated and collaborative team of experts, you will help drive innovation to create proactive, personalised customer experiences that are aligned with compliance and ethical standards.
The role
We seek a consultant focused on supporting the execution of our many initiatives in Digital Data and AI. With your understanding of the business needs and technical solutions you will be the bridge between technology, marketing, legal and compliance, to identify commercial possibilities and support the highest standards of legal and ethical governance.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the approval process across various initiatives, ensuring that projects progress efficiently while meeting compliance standards.
- Utilise your proactive mindset and interest in growing your knowledge within risk and compliance management in this fast-paced role
- Develop an understanding of both business and technical requirements to inform the risk organisation effectively.
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication and collaboration throughout the approval process.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and enhance collaboration across teams.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project approval status and progress to various management levels.
- Understand and utilize new technologies (e.g. AI) and different platforms Handle administrative tasks related to initiative governance, including portfolio updates, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, maintaining documentation and ensuring relevant materials are accurate, structured and up to date

About you and your qualifications Your proactive attitude and curiosity are essential for success in this role. Additionally, having experience from consultancy or the financial sector will help you understand the industry's nuances
- 2-5 years’ experience with risk management and project management is beneficial, complementing your drive and adaptability
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both in writing and presentations (Danish and English). Note that Danish is hard requirement High energy level and perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver results
