About the Role
The Associate Digital Product Owner supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Digital Insights solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across clinical development. This role combines product ownership with technical expertise, working at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, develop cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure that digital products deliver measurable value while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery of Digital Insights products.
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Digital Solutions & Innovation
- Collaborate with development teams to build cloud-based applications, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Contribute to AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and system integrations that improve clinical and operational workflows.
- Support modern software development practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development.
Stakeholder Engagement & User Adoption
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery.
- Coordinate product-related activities across Digital Insights, IT, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and communication to promote product adoption and best practices.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure product development activities align with organizational standards, SOPs, and validation requirements.
- Support documentation, testing, change management, and audit readiness.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve product quality, scalability, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BSc or MSc) required in an IT, Technology, Engineering, or business-related field.
- We are looking for an early-career professional (approximately 1–3 years of experience or equivalent through internships, graduate programmes, or technical projects) with a passion for digital products, AI, cloud technologies, and analytics.
- The ideal candidate has experience or interest in:
- Digital product management or Agile software development.
- AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Web application development, APIs, and system integration.
- Git, GitLab CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices.
- Programming in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and data visualization.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated environments (preferred but not required).

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
