  • Bjarne Olsen, Vice President Manufacturing Development, Chronic Care R&D

In Chronic Care R&D, we are focused on advancing our organisation to scale user impact and deliver products faster. This means strengthening how we work, how we make decisions and how we build teams that can execute with focus and ownership. As P&C Partner, you will play an important role in enabling this shift by helping leaders translate strategy into the right organisational setup, leadership behaviours and team dynamics
Your tasks will be to:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and management teams on both strategic and day-to-day people matters
  • Support change and organisational development initiatives that enable Manufacturing Development and Centre of Excellence to deliver on the Chronic Care R&D strategy
  • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, facilitation and team development
  • Drive a culture of accountability, rapid learning and pragmatic execution
  • Support and guide hiring managers through recruitment processes, primarily for leadership roles as you will have support from our skilled recruitment team in HQ
  • Own people cycle processes such as onboarding of senior leaders, performance management, talent development and facilitating dialogues around our engagement survey
  • Bring data, insights and business understanding into leadership discussions and people decisions
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, labour legislation and local agreements, with support from our People Operations team in HQ
  • Contribute to P&C initiatives across Chronic Care HQ and the broader Coloplast P&C community.

Collaborative profile with broad P&C experience
You have the skillset to work collaboratively across multiple functions and know how to interact with people across levels, functions and educational backgrounds
Moreover, we imagine that you:
  • Have a relevant educational background
  • Bring broad experience across different HR disciplines, ideally from partnering in a highly specialised environment and/or a production facility
  • Are comfortable using data to influence stakeholders and know how to proactively bring people insights into business discussions
  • Speak and write English fluently

On a personal level, you balance pragmatism and strong drive with a reflective and supportive approach. You are grounded in your personal values, speak your mind and can stand your ground when needed. You are curious and eager to understand how our business operates – both locally and across our global organisation
You communicate clearly and you have a solid sense of judgement when it comes to what creates value for the business. You speak your mind with empathy, stay calm under pressure and bring humour and positivity – also when facing challenges
