Training Deployment Manager, Continence Care Are you ready to join the Continence Care business and play a pivotal role in developing impactful sales training programs that ensure the effectiveness of our global salesforce?
We set the direction for Continence Care globally Based in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will become part of the Continence Care team who sets the direction of all commercial initiatives and global product launches that significantly improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs We are looking for a new colleague who can drive training programs to enable sales excellence in various channels (HCPs, Consumers, Direct business). Joining us you will become a part of a high performing team that sets the global direction for how we sell our Continence Care offerings. You will be responsible for creating training programs to support the implementation of commercial initiatives in our subsidiaries across the world. You will be a bridge between our sales teams and the wider Continence Care organisation, ensuring that all initiatives we develop are deployed in the most effective way
Your key responsibilities You will be responsible for:
  • Shaping and execute the continence care frontline training strategy to effecitvely sell and position the continence care portfolio to health care professionals and users
  • Developing training programs related to major commercial initiatives, such as product launches
  • Collaborating with our subsidiaries to support the execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with various HQ departments, the broader Continence Care organization, external agencies, and all subsidiaries
  • Track impact and effectiveness of training initiatives, and create feedback loops to continuously improve commercial activities
  • Engage with field salesforce and call specialists in subsidiaries to ensure effective strategy implementation
  • Attend congresses and sales meetings, and spend time with our teams in the field and on the phones, acting as a strong partner for our subsidiaries. Approximately 20-30 days of travel per year

Your profile
  • Experience in sales training and learning management systems
  • Hands-on experience in training sales representatives and managers.
  • Proven skills in building relationships and managing stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and HQ departments.
  • Strategic and operational mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English, Danish is not a requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or a similar role.
