By ensuring reliable product data and documentation, the team contributes directly to enabling better decision-making and operational excellence across Novonesis.

The role & your impact

As a Student Worker in Product Support, you will play an important role in supporting key operational activities and ensuring smooth handling of product-related data and documentation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with product documentation creation and implementation of updates across systems
  • Supporting data handling and changes in various IT systems
  • Providing day-to-day ad hoc support to the Business Support team
  • Contributing to ongoing operational activities within the Product Support function

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Are currently studying food science or a related field
  • Work in a structured, systematic, and detail-oriented way
  • Have a strong interest in working with different IT systems
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Working conditions

  • Flexible scheduling within normal business hours
