Our Finnish Business Development team operates in a dynamic commercial environment where market developments, product availability, and customer needs continuously shape priorities and opportunities.

Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?

As Specialist, Portfolio Management, you will support the day-to-day management and development of our Finnish pharmaceutical portfolio. You will combine analytical work with commercial execution, helping to ensure that products remain competitive, available, and aligned with market opportunities. Working closely with the Country Manager FI and key stakeholders, you will contribute to pricing decisions, portfolio activities, market analysis, and broader commercial planning.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Finnish active product portfolio, including inventory follow-up, new product launches, and ongoing portfolio optimization

  • Own the bi-weekly pricing of the Finnish pharmacy portfolio and support tender bid pricing in line with market dynamics and commercial targets

  • Conduct market and performance analyses, including competitor activity, commercial developments, and portfolio KPIs

  • Monitor product availability and identify trading opportunities that support portfolio performance

  • Prepare structured recommendations that support budgeting, forecasting, and broader commercial planning

  • Contribute to improving tools, workflows, trackers, and performance follow-ups to strengthen transparency and decision quality

  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager FI and stakeholders across Business Development, Procurement, and Supply Chain

We imagine that you bring a structured and analytical mindset, combined with a strong interest in commercial decision-making. You are comfortable working with data, translating insights into recommendations, and managing several tasks and priorities at the same time. To succeed in the role, it is important that you take ownership, stay proactive, and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across teams.

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field

  • 2 to 3 years of experience from a role with relevant transferable skills

  • Experience with data analysis and commercial decision-making

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with analytical tools

  • Fluency in Finnish and English is required

  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach
