Business Analyst

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will take on a key staff role reporting to our Aftermarket Sales Director. You will be an integral part of our commercial organization, supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Your role will focus on transforming data into clear insights that enable the Sales team to make the right strategic and operational decisions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic and operational decisions within the sales department
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Identify trends, risks, and business opportunities across markets, customers, and products
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes
• Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure relevant analysis
• Drive continuous improvement of analytical tools, data quality, and working methods

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with data analysis in a commercial or business-oriented environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and structured way
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
