What we need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Commercial Excellence Specialist within our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business. This position is with Corpay One (DK) and is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Do you want to use your analytical, mathematical and technical skills to help commercial teams make better decisions, build smarter processes and move faster?

At Corpay One, we are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist / Senior Associate to join our Commercial Excellence Team. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, business and commercial performance — and who can turn complexity into clear insights and practical improvements.

You will help us create overview, analyze performance and improve processes across our commercial teams. With HubSpot, internal databases and our wider tech stack as your main tools, you will help us improve the customer journey, automate workflows and make sure we work in a more data-driven way. You will become an important part of our commercial organization and play a key role in creating structure, visibility and better decision-making.

You will report directly to the CRM Manager, and collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership.

Role Responsibilities

  • Expanding our understanding of our business, customer journey and commercial model

  • Analyzing data across sales, customer segments, pipeline, activity and performance

  • Building and improving reporting, dashboards and decision-making material for leadership

  • Identifying patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve our commercial processes

  • Understanding and improving how we use technology across the customer journey, including AI, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Aircall, Clay, Fireflies and internal databases

  • Working with segmentation, prioritization and performance analysis

  • Turning data and analysis into clear recommendations and concrete commercial initiatives

  • Presenting insights internally and evaluating performance together with relevant stakeholders

  • Driving projects across the organization with both commercial and technical teams

About You

We imagine you have a few years of experience from a role where analysis, data, technology and business understanding have been important. This could be from Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, Sales Operations or a similar area.

Most importantly, you have strong analytical ability, solid mathematical understanding and the curiosity and technical confidence to quickly understand new systems and complex problems.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Have 3-5+ years of relevant experience

  • Have strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills

  • Are comfortable working with data, models, segmentation, funnels, KPIs and performance analysis

  • Have experience with CRM systems and commercial tools — ideally HubSpot

  • Work in a structured way and can create clarity from complex data, tools and processes

  • Can turn analysis into clear recommendations and practical actions

  • Have strong business understanding and an interest in how commercial teams drive growth

  • Learn new systems quickly and are curious about technology, automation and AI

  • Speak and write fluent Danish and English

  • Likely have a background in mathematics, economics, finance, data, engineering, strategy or a similar field
