Are you motivated by turning customer insights, customer experiences and commercial priorities into structured initiatives that create measurable value? In this maternity cover position, you will join our Customer Engagement Private Banking team in Insights & Engagement, Personal Customers in Danske Bank, and help drive projects that strengthen how we engage with customers across Private Banking.
You will work at the intersection of customer engagement, commercial development and event-related initiatives. A key part of the role will be to help professionalize and strengthen the commercial impact of Private Banking events together with colleagues in Private Banking, but you will also contribute to broader Customer Engagement projects that improve how we work with customer journeys, prioritization, follow-up and value creation.
What you will be doing
You will drive and support strategic Customer Engagement Private Banking projects. Working closely with colleagues across Customer Engagement, Private Banking, Marketing, Technology and customer-facing teams, you will help translate business needs into structured processes, stronger digital solutions and more consistent customer experiences.
Your focus will be on creating scalable solutions and clear ways of working that enable better customer engagement before, during and after key customer activities, including events.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Leading projects that connect event activities with customer insight, commercial priorities and follow-up processes
• Supporting the integration of event tracking into existing systems to improve customer analysis and relationship management
• Developing structured processes for customer prioritization, invitation logic and post-event engagement
• Creating standardized materials, templates and ways of working for consistent customer communication
• Contributing to broader Customer Engagement initiatives related to customers journeys, segmentation, communication flows and commercial activation
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Private Banking, Marketing, Technology and customer relationship teams to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable and commercially valuable
About you
We imagine that you are a commercially minded project manager or consultant with experience from customer engagement, marketing, digital transformation or business development. You enjoy turning complex stakeholder needs into clear plans, structured processes and practical solutions.
You do not need to be an event specialist, but you should understand how events and customers activities can be used as part of a broader commercial engagement agenda.
We are looking for someone with:
• Strong project management or consulting experience
• Solid commercial understanding and the ability to link activities to business outcomes
• Experience working with customer engagement, marketing technology, CRM, client journeys or digital communication flows
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• A structured mindset and experience improving processes, workflows or ways of working
• An interest in how customer insight can be used to strengthen engagement and relationship management

This is a maternity cover position for approximately 10 months, based in Copenhagen, with expected start 1 st October.
You will join a collaborative Customer Engagement Private Banking team where you will have the opportunity to work on initiatives that connect customer experience with commercial impact. The role offers exposure to Private Banking, customer engagement strategy and cross-functional project work across the bank.
