Join us as our new Senior Solution Specialist, Time & Attendance
As a Senior People Tech Digitalization Specialist, you will help shape the future of Time & Attendance in a global organization. You will play a key role in driving both the strategic direction and operational excellence of our global workforce time solutions. You will work closely with global People & Organization colleagues and cross-functional teams, contributing to scalable, efficient, and stable people processes through innovative digital solutions.
About the team:
You will join a highly specialized team responsible for driving and optimizing the global P&O solution landscape. The team leads the strategic direction and prioritization of global time and payroll solutions, including the ownership and continuous development of Workforce Software. Consisting of four colleagues, the team works closely together while maintaining individual ownership of key areas, balancing strategy, delivery, and execution to support Novonesis’ global P&O landscape.
We are part of the People Tech & Analytics team with 30 colleagues and the P&O organization with 200 global colleagues.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Shaping the future of global Time & Attendance solutions at Novonesis
- Owning and supporting Workforce Software for selected countries,
- Be a key resource in the further implementation of Workforce Software
- Supporting and improving integrations across global People Solutions
- Translating business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions
- Strong experience with enterprise Time & Attendance systems, such as Workforce Software, Kronos/UKG, SAP Time, or Workday Time Tracking
- Deep knowledge of Danish working time regulations and collective agreements
- Solid understanding of payroll-related time calculations, including overtime, absence, premiums, and accruals
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization
- Fluency in both Danish and English
- Technically strong with a passion for system configuration and optimization
- Curious and motivated by continuous improvement and digital innovation
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement and translating complex requirements into practical solutions
- Structured, independent, and collaborative in your approach
