As Scrum Master in our Agile Release Train (ART), you will play an important role in bringing our purpose of Together, we rethink solutions to save lives and improve patient care. You will help strengthen Agile Ways of Working, foster cross-functional collaboration, and create transparency around delivery and progress In addition, you will actively build Agile capabilities across the organization through training and coaching, supporting teams and stakeholders in their Agile journey You will be part of a strong community of Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters supporting Agile Release Trains across our development Process Within the Global Agile Transformation & Delivery team, you will help Agile teams successfully deliver on their PI commitments while continuously improving how we work
Key responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Scrum Master and coach for a single or multiple Agile Team(s) and as a coach/mentor for other Scrum Masters.
  • Drive Agile adoption and strengthen an Agile mindset across teams
  • Enable Agile capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enable efficient, high-quality solutions
  • Bring strong practical agile knowledge and know how to apply agile principles with depth and integrity rather than treating it as a set of rituals
  • Lead SAFe/Scrum Core Values across the ART and ensure consistent value of SAFe/Scrum practices
  • Coach teams on Lean Agile and SAFe practices
  • Contribute to Agile enablement initiatives by training, workshops, and communities of practice across the organization
  • Use data and insights to drive improvement, including metrics related to flow, predictability, quality, and value delivery.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Management, and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to align priorities and delivery
  • Support the creation and sustainability of effective teams, addressing team dynamics and engagement
  • Ensure effective and transparent communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership

Suggested candidate profile Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:
  • Bring a people-growth mindset combined with a strong drive to deliver results.
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Have solid experience in a software development environment, including complex technical software solutions and ideally embedded systems.
  • Have documented experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum and/or SAFe frameworks.
  • Enjoy contributing to a collaborative and social work environment where milestones are celebrated and challenges are addressed openly.
  • Have strong projects and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
