Here Is What The Job Entails
As our new colleague in Sales Excellence, you will support key initiatives and projects that strengthen how we enable our sales organization. You will work closely with the Sales Excellence team and stakeholders across the business to help connect strategy with day-to-day operations while improving the efficiency of our sales processes and tools.
- Supporting Sales Excellence initiatives and projects through coordination, follow-up, and practical execution
- Developing and improving standardized sales processes, sales materials, tools and frameworks
- Contributing to capability-building initiatives, including the development and coordination of AI roleplays
- Working with CRM and data analytics initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen data quality, and support system adoption
- Supporting ad hoc Sales Excellence tasks within the team

Reporting directly to our Head of Sales Excellence, you will join our ambitious and energized Sales Excellence team consisting of 12 dedicated colleagues. We work across different areas such as sales enablement, pricing, business performance management, customer experience and CRM. We are looking for a curious recent graduate who thrives working in a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks spanning from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operational tasks. You enjoy being close to the business and are motivated by turning ideas into action. While your professional experience may be limited, your proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and solution-oriented approach are just as important as your skills.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in business, commercial development, strategy, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Are hands-on, structured, and comfortable proactively taking ownership of tasks from idea to execution
- Can think strategically while also translating ideas into practical actions and concrete support
- Are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and preferably comfortable working with data and presentations
- Bring strong collaboration and communication skills
As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish proficiency is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience within commercial business, sales processes and CRM systems is an advantage.
