Senior Total Rewards Specialist

GN Group

Ballerup, Denmark

About The Job

GN is entering a new chapter. Following the agreed sale of GN Hearing to Amplifon, GN will become a pure-play technology company focused on enterprise collaboration audio, gaming, and AI-powered edge audio solutions. This creates a unique opportunity to reshape how we reward, recognize, and support our people globally.

We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to help shape that foundation: someone who can run our core reward cycles with precision, while also helping us think differently about what reward means for a technology-native workforce.

The team you will be part of

You will join a specialist team within Total Rewards and Mobility, part of the broader People & Communication organization. It’s a team that works hard, supports each other through complex processes, and genuinely enjoys the work - the kind of place where you’ll have real ownership from day one, and colleagues who are generous with their knowledge and always up for a good discussion on how to do things better. The role also gives you exposure to senior stakeholders globally as you partner with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive GN's annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) process end to end
  • Act as process owner for the global Merit process, ensuring a well-governed, smooth annual cycle
  • Manage base salary structures, keeping them competitive and market-informed
  • Continue GN's implementation of EU Pay Transparency readiness, turning regulatory requirements into practical, workable processes
  • Act as a Reward Partner, advising leaders on the full spectrum of reward topics
  • Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology, supporting GN's global job architecture
  • Contribute to redefining GN's reward philosophy as the organization transforms into a pure-play technology company

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you bring

  • Solid experience within compensation and total rewards, ideally from a larger international organization
  • Practical experience running reward cycles such as merit, bonus, or LTI
  • Familiarity with job architecture and pay transparency requirements in an international setting
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical reward solutions
  • A proactive mindset - someone who brings ideas as readily as they solve problems

Join us in bringing people closer
