We are looking for a Senior Workday Transformation Lead to join our evolving Global People Solutions & Technology (GPST) organization and help establish the standards, governance framework, and ways of working that will enable the next generation of HR technology at ROCKWOOL.

You will become part of and a founding member of the Global People Solutions & Technology (GPST) team — a forward-looking global function focused on transforming how HR operates through technology, data, automation, and scalable global ways of working .
The team works across HR, Digital/IT, and business stakeholders to transform people processes through technology, governance, and scalable global ways of working. As part of this transformation-focused team, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions, working at the intersection of HR, Digital/IT, and business strategy to strengthen our Workday ecosystem, define scalable ways of working, and help unlock the full value of our global HR technology landscape .
This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to influence how HR technology is managed and matured globally across ROCKWOOL.

What you will be doing :
As our Senior Workday Transformation Lead , you will play a central role in shaping how Workday and HR technology are governed, operated, and continuously improved across the organization.
Your mission will include:

Shape and mature the global Workday governance framework in partnership with DIGI .

Define clear ownership, standards, and decision-making across HR technology .

Lead business release management and delivery governance for Workday and related HR technology initiatives .

Driving Jira governance, delivery excellence, and simplification across the HR technology landscape.

Build HR technology product ownership and organizational capabilities across HR.

Evaluate and enable AI capabilities across Workday and Jira in partnership with DIGI.

Act as the strategic bridge between HR, DIGI, and business stakeholders to align priorities and investments.

Define how HR, DIGI, vendors, and product owners collaborate to continuously improve the HR technology ecosystem .

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

7+ years of experience within HR technology, Workday, HRIS governance, digital transformation, or operating model design .

Solid experience with Workday governance, platform ownership, release management, and HR technology operations .

Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology enables scalable operations

Experience working across business, HR, and IT functions

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira

Familiarity with AI-enabled platform capabilities and emerging HR technology trends

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical experts alike

Strong communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities

A pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance governance, innovation, and business value
