About the position:
In the credit program, we are shaping the future credit journey for our member banks and their customers. Our ambition is to make complex credit processes simpler, smarter and more intuitive.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, understanding and documenting customer needs in a structured way and translating them into solutions that support advisors in making better decisions and give customers a more seamless experience. You will play a key role in developing user journeys and work closely with our Product Owners and development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
Additionally, the role involves helping and guiding our member banks through successful implementation of our solutions and gathering feedback to ensure they maximize the benefits of new technologies and processes.
We work in an agile setup, which means we prioritize collaboration, flexibility, and iterative development with continuous feedback.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
- Analysing and understanding customer needs to define requirements for digital solutions
- Developing and documenting user journeys and process flows
- Collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders at all levels to ensure that solutions meet expectations
- Helping and guiding our member banks through successful implementation
- Contributing to ongoing innovation and improvement of our products
To succeed you will have:
- Experience from the banking industry, for example as a former bank advisor or in a Business Analyst role
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain overview in complex situations
- Curious and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high engagement and close collaboration
- Interest and passion for digital user journeys
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with Danish-speaking customers and collaborate effectively in an international environment.

It is an advantage if you bring knowledge of credit processes and have experience with Salesforce, but it is not a requirement
