About The Role

As Senior Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in building and advancing the pipeline of nicotine-containing dissolvable products for commercialization. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration, you will help transform early-stage ideas into viable product concepts aligned with broader smoke-free ambitions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization and with external partners, ensuring strong alignment between product development, commercial strategy, and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the smoke free product category (SFP).
  • Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, feasibility assessments, and early-stage business case development.
  • Translate early-stage opportunities into actionable, commercially viable projects based on consumer insights, regulatory requirements, and technological feasibility.
  • Act as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across senior levels.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and readiness for key decision points.
  • Assess commercial potential and support prioritization of product opportunities.
  • Develop value propositions, market positioning, and differentiation frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with portfolio strategy, brand architecture, and channel requirements.
  • Prepare and present structured project proposals for governance and decision-making forums.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend mitigation plans.
  • Continuously improve commercial processes, operating models, and performance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members and contribute to building commercial excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial leadership or business development roles
  • Experience within FMCG, pharma, or healthcare industries is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market access
  • Experience working with governance processes, business cases, and product documentation
  • Strong ability to translate consumer and market insights into product opportunities
  • Fluency in English
