Join us as our new Principal Project Manager – Enterprise Business Applications
As Principal Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of application-related projects, improvements, and transformation initiatives across Novonesis' enterprise application landscape. Acting as the IT lead for application-related projects and changes, you will ensure progress, coordination, and successful execution across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. This role combines hands-on project leadership with cross-functional collaboration and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with varying levels of complexity and project maturity.
About the team:
You will join the Principal Project Manager team within Enterprise Business Applications (EBA), a global team in Enterprise Business Solutions, with colleagues across Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India. EBA manages a broad portfolio of enterprise applications supporting critical business processes across Novonesis. The team works across three capability areas: Tech & Solutions, Project Management, and Engagement Management. This position is part of the Project Management capability, focused on driving delivery and coordination across the enterprise application landscape.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Driving delivery of IT initiatives across enterprise business applications
- Acting as the IT lead for projects, ensuring structure, execution, and progress
- Coordinating activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Supporting M&A initiatives and application-related integration activities
- Ensuring effective transition and handover to operations and engagement management teams
- 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects in enterprise environments
- Experience working across business, IT, and vendor organizations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to drive execution across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strongly execution- and delivery-oriented
- An effective communicator and coordinator
- Pragmatic and solution-focused
- Comfortable taking ownership and accountability
- Able to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
