Your Role

As Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across your assigned markets. You will take ownership of the commercial agenda, identifying new business opportunities while ensuring strong execution of the regional sales strategy.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with key customers within assigned markets which is: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Greece
  • Drive sales growth through business development, customer acquisition, and account expansion
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to maximize market potential
  • Prepare and lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews
  • Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with regional objectives
  • Execute the regional sales strategy and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and budgets
  • Drive promotional activities, product launches, and commercial initiatives
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across brands and product categories
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Represent BORG Automotive at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts, and report insights and risks to the Regional Manager
