Associate Key Account Manager – Service Sales

Are you interested in technical sales and motivated by building strong customer relationships? In this role, you will support the continued growth of KK Group's Service business and work closely with experienced colleagues to develop customer opportunities across our service portfolio.

You will be involved in a variety of sales activities, from identifying customer needs and preparing offers to supporting ongoing customer relationships. The role has a particular focus on Field Technician projects and offers a great opportunity to build commercial and technical experience in the wind industry.

Our mission is to help existing customers succeed while identifying new opportunities that strengthen KK Service's position in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and new customers
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and project opportunities
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations in collaboration with colleagues across Service Sales and Operations
  • Contribute to customer meetings and technical discussions to understand customer needs
  • Help identify opportunities for additional services and solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management activities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Promote KK Group's service offerings and support commercial growth initiatives


Your profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, technical support, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
  • Educational background within Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field
  • Interest in technical solutions and willingness to learn about electrical components and the wind industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Structured and proactive approach to tasks and follow-up
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Knowledge of the wind industry is beneficial but not required – we provide training and a comprehensive onboarding programme
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across functions
