Student Assistant - Commercial data analyst (Commercial Excellence)

About The Role
You will join the Commercial Excellence team and work on tasks aligned with your interests and competencies. The work is varied and practical - spanning systems enablement, reporting, and process improvements in a dynamic, multinational setting. You will also own and deliver a project from idea to impact.
This offer is not a summer internship. We expect the student assistant to work an average of 15 hours per week and ideally are seeking a longer term commitment.
System enablement (approx. 50%)
- Support key commercial platforms (e.g., CRM, contract management, BI/reporting, AI tools)
- Support building and maintaining various dashboards and insights in Salesforce and Tableau or other platforms
- Data cleanup and analysis
- Create user guides and training materials for data interpretation; support onboarding and enablement of users
- Maintain data quality by improving user behavior, identifying redundancies, integration issues
- Document and improve ways of working (work instructions/SOPs)
- Plan and deliver a self-driven project focused on commercial data, reporting or automation
- Coordinate stakeholders across regions and departments; present progress and results to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Provide ad hoc support to CommEx and customer-facing teams
- Currently enrolled at a Danish higher education institution, preferably with at least 2 years remaining
- Field of study could be business, economics/management, analytics, statistics or a related interdisciplinary program
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken (near-native a plus)
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Proactive, service-minded, collaborative; structured and analytical
- Self-motivated and driven, able to work efficiently in a dynamic professional environment managing multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently after guidance is a must-have
- Familiarity with enterprise/sales operations systems (CRM, CLM, BI) is a plus
- Basic finance understanding is a plus
- Solid experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
You will play a key role in ensuring Fujifilm Biotechnologies Commercial Excellence (CommEx) team functions as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The CommEx team exists to support sales, marketing, project management, program design and other customer-facing teams in aligning and executing Fujifilm Biotechnologies’ go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional transformation, managing reporting, optimizing commercial systems, building expertise and best practices, enhancing customer centricity, scaling AI capabilities, and accelerating sustainable growth, all the while focused on delivering greater customer value and patient outcomes.
We work largely remotely across time zones, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Program Design, and enabling functions to drive execution and continuous improvement.
