Shape the Future of Global Rewards

Are you passionate about designing reward strategies that drive business performance, support talent attraction, and create a fair and competitive employee experience?

We're looking for a highly experienced rewards professional to join our Global P&O Operations & Rewards team and play a key role in shaping the future of rewards across our global organisation.

As Lead Rewards Consultant, you will be the subject matter expert for global rewards, leading the design and governance of compensation frameworks, executive remuneration, and incentive programmes. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership, you will ensure our reward practices are aligned with business strategy, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Meet Your Future Team

Global P&O Operations & Rewards is responsible for creating the frameworks, processes, and governance that enable a consistent and high-quality people experience across our organisation. We work closely with leaders and HR colleagues around the world to ensure our people practices support both business ambitions and employee needs.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with specialists across Rewards, Mobility, HR Operations, Finance, and Legal. You will also build strong partnerships with Senior HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert guidance on some of the organisation's most strategic and complex reward topics.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence decisions at a global level.

You will be based in Hørsholm and limited travel must be expected.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global P&O Operations & Rewards, you will lead the development and governance of our global reward frameworks, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business strategy.

You will own key elements of our reward architecture, including compensation policies, pay principles, job architecture, grading methodologies, and governance frameworks for pay structures and transparency.

You will play a central role in executive remuneration, partnering with Finance and senior leadership to design executive compensation and incentive programmes, prepare materials for Rewards Committee and Board discussions, and define reward structures for executive hires.

You will collaborate directly with the EVP for P&O on executive and internal P&O Rewards topics as well as being responsible for Rewards Committee meeting with CEO, CFO and EVP P&O.

A key focus of the role will be driving the continued evolution of our global incentive programmes. You will design and refine short-term and long-term incentive frameworks, work closely with Finance on modelling and costing, and ensure our programmes effectively support performance and long-term value creation.

You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders on complex reward matters, including organisational redesigns, executive appointments, grading decisions, and compensation positioning. In doing so, you will balance business needs with governance, fairness, and market competitiveness.

Additionally, you will:

  • Act as the decision authority for exceptions to global reward policies and frameworks.
  • Provide guidance on complex governance and compliance matters across regions.
  • Ensure consistency in reward decision-making and policy application globally.
  • Serve as the overall Rewards lead for Denmark, supporting local reward discussions and ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Partner closely with Rewards, Mobility, HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to shape the future direction of our reward agenda.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a senior rewards professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

You are comfortable navigating complex and sensitive topics, influencing senior leaders, and translating strategic priorities into practical reward solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will likely bring:

  • Extensive experience within Compensation & Benefits, Global Rewards, or Executive Remuneration.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing global reward frameworks and incentive programmes.
  • Strong expertise in executive compensation, reward governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and preparing remuneration materials for executive committees or boards.
  • A solid understanding of pay transparency, job architecture, and global compensation practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.

As a person, you are known for your integrity, discretion, and sound judgement. You take ownership, work independently, and thrive in an international environment where collaboration and partnership are key to success.

What We Offer

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping global reward strategy and governance within a complex international organisation. You'll work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders, and help create reward programmes that support both business success and employee engagement across the world.
