You will join our Payments International Infrastructure and Reporting Team. The Payments Area oversees maintenance and modernization of our payment infrastructure, focusing on international payments.
The Senior Business Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into complex payment environments while contributing to building the future payment infrastructure that will serve as a foundation for years to come. Your direct manager will be Dariusz Tofiło
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Translating customer and regulatory needs into clear, actionable business requirements for the development team
- Analyzing business challenges and documenting decisions, procedures, and user guides
- Engaging with Product Owners, customers, and internal experts to refine and prioritize solutions
- Collaborating closely with developers to ensure functional and non-functional needs are understood
- Working with QA to ensure solutions are well‑tested and of high quality.
To succeed you will have:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of payments in general and preferably Foreign Payments area
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into clear, structured solutions
- A strong ability to understand the business & its needs, and to convert them into valuable and actionable requirements
- Solid understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, ideally – Payments area
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align expectations across stakeholders
- Fluency in Danish and English
It’s nice-to-have:
- Previous work with foreign payments in a bank.
- Proficiency in M365 Copilot
