We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Principal Service Delivery Manager to help shape the next chapter of Service Delivery Management at Columbus. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on customer engagement, knows how to grow accounts, and wants to lead the way as we make the SDM role one of the most important in our global set-up.

About the role

At Columbus, Service Delivery Managers are moving to the forefront of our commercial strategy. In this role, you'll own the commercial relationship on OSA (Operational Service Agreement) contracts with big enterprise customers - building strong relationships with key stakeholders all the way up to C-level, and orchestrating everything that happens at the customer to hit growth and gross-margin targets. You'll carry P&L responsibility for your own customers and build the plans that turn engagement into growth.

You'll join an experienced and highly skilled SDM team and take an active part in shaping how we expand and grow our customers - the number one priority in Columbus, going forward. You'll lead the way, engage the right colleagues in customer development, and set the direction for next level of customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute customer development plans that drive growth, new opportunities and customer satisfaction

  • Own the commercial performance of your customers, including P&L and profitability

  • Own OSA renewals and build plans to increase contract value

  • Lead account planning teams and orchestrate governance meetings and innovation workshops

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders up to C-level and protect and grow customer relationship

  • Own end-to-end service delivery - ensuring services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to agreed SLAs and KPIs

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost/commercial risk management

  • Spot opportunities for cross-sell, add-ons, automation, upgrades, and advisory work

  • Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the value delivered to the customer

Who you are

  • You bring a strong customer-centric mindset - a genuine customer-first attitude

  • You have a proven commercial mindset with hands-on commercial experience (sales and/or P&L responsibility) and a track record of growing customer revenue

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management

  • You are fluent in English and comfortable engaging in an international, global environment with large customers across diverse cultures
