Founded four years ago, Corax is a young and ambitious company with a growing presence in the aviation industry. We’re currently a close-knit team of 11 employees. As our Project & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of initiatives across the business, from trade shows and company communications to website updates, marketing activities, and day-to-day operational support.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment. You can expect to work on a broad range of tasks, from coordinating our presence at international trade shows to updating the company website, creating marketing materials, writing press releases, and supporting day-to-day operations. What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate the planning and preparation of the company’s trade show presence, including booth concepts, graphics, marketing materials, and collaboration with exhibition organizers.
- Create and publish written and visual content for LinkedIn, the company website, Letsignit, and other communication channels.
- Write and publish company news and press releases and engage with media contacts to increase the company’s visibility.
- Coordinate marketing materials and act as a brand guardian, ensuring a consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels.
- Update and maintain the company website (WordPress) as needed.
- Support ongoing projects and take ownership of new initiatives as the company grows.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
What we hope you bring to the team
- A degree in Digital Concept Development, Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
- A proactive and flexible mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking on a broad range of responsibilities rather than being limited to a single area.
- Experience creating visual content using Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
