Join a dynamic e-commerce production team as a Photographer Assistant, supporting high-volume winter shoots focused on apparel and product imagery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about photography workflows and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and consistency. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth on-set operations and delivering polished, high-quality images that align with brand standards. Deliverables

Assist the lead photographer with lighting setup, equipment handling, and on-set workflow management during e-commerce shoots
Manage digital files, including organization, backup, and transfer to ensure a seamless production process
Sort, select, and retouch images post-shoot, maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables
Execute packshot photography and post-production tasks, ensuring accurate color, clarity, and presentation
Conduct quality control checks on final images, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies
Collaborate with the creative team to uphold brand guidelines and visual standards throughout the production cycle

Requirements

Proven experience assisting in photography, preferably within e-commerce or studio environments
Proficiency in Capture One and familiarity with digital asset management workflows
Strong skills in image retouching, color correction, and post-production techniques
Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering clean, consistent imagery
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and large volumes of files efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively on set and independently during post-production
Experience with packshot photography and quality control processes is a plus
Flexible availability during production periods; ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
