Join Advania, one of the leading IT services providers in the Nordics, as a Business Development Lead for our Sovereign AI platform, Yggdrasil. You will play a key role in bringing one of Advania's most strategic investments to market in Denmark. Working closely with central platform and delivery teams in Sweden, you will help turn AI potential into real business outcomes for our customers.

Yggdrasil is the working name of Advania's new sovereign AI platform, currently being launched across our Nordic markets. It combines centrally developed models, infrastructure, and governance capabilities into a single platform that enables customers to build and run AI solutions in a compliant and scalable way.

In our Data & AI business, we help customers:

  • identify high-value AI use cases grounded in their business context,

  • build and scale solutions on a shared, governed AI platform.

In the role as Business Development Lead, you own how Yggdrasil reaches the market in Denmark. This means you will work with:

  • building and progressing a qualified AI pipeline,

  • identifying and developing lighthouse customers,

  • driving customer engagement around productivity gains, cost avoidance, revenue uplift, risk reduction,

  • executing central go-to-market playbooks in a local context,

  • bringing local market insights back to the central team.

Our ambition is to position Advania as an end-to-end AI partner — from strategy and data readiness through to build, operate, and scale.

In addition, you will…

  • Work closely with central Customer Solutions teams and local AI leadership to shape and progress opportunities.

  • Develop local partner relationships and originate joint pipeline.

  • Create reference cases with documented business outcomes.

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

The role is based in Copenhagen, and you report to the Director of Data & AI (Denmark) with a dotted line to the central Business Development Lead in Sweden.

To succeed in this role, you bring a background in enterprise B2B sales and experience within AI, cloud, or data. You likely work today as an Account Executive, Business Developer, or similar.

The right candidate has experience with:

Experience

  • 7+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development.

  • Proven track record of winning AI, cloud, or data business.

Education

  • Relevant commercial or technical background.

Certifications (nice to have)

  • Microsoft, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA, or similar.

Professional capabilities

  • Outcome-based selling and ROI-driven positioning.

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
