About The Role

As a Student Assistant in our Business Intelligence and Data Management team, you will play an important role in supporting the team’s daily work. You will work closely with Data Specialists and colleagues across the organization, helping with both recurring data routines and ad hoc tasks in a fast-moving business environment.


This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data and Excel, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and thrives in a team where collaboration, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. You will work with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, while contributing to data preparation, validation, and reporting used across the business.


The position offers hands-on experience with real business data and processes and is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of analytical, administrative, and operational tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, validation, and upload of market, sales, and inventory data into our BI systems
  • Work extensively with Excel to structure, validate, and maintain datasets
  • Assist in maintaining product catalogues, pricing data, and retailer‑specific data deliveries
  • Perform detailed data quality checks and support data cleansing activities
  • Support recurring data management routines and operational processes
  • Assist with documentation of data processes and contribute to continuous improvements
  • Handle various administrative and ad hoc data tasks as part of the team’s daily work


Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or planning to start a master’s degree after the summer
  • Currently studying within Data, Analytics, IT, Engineering, Business Economics or a similar field
  • Strong interest in working with data and data‑driven processes
  • Very comfortable working with Excel and large datasets (advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage)
  • Structured approach to data and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
