About the Role
In order to strengthen our collaboration and deliveries across business domains we are seeking experienced and dynamic Program Managers to join our PMO in Customer Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple IT tracks across various business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex programs. The right candidate will find it as an important part of the role to also contribute to the continued development of "ways of working" tools and material to support the Program Management area.
Your Responsibilities

Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their requirements.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal utilization and project success.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.

Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, risks, and opportunities.
In addition to leading and delivering large-scale enterprise programs across solution domains and business units, you will play a key role in strengthening our overall delivery capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading complex enterprise programs and providing strategic program advisory services to large enterprise customers.

Driving continuous improvement and raising the quality of Twoday's project and program deliveries.

Taking ownership of and evolving our delivery model, ensuring best practices and consistent execution across engagements.

Advising, coaching, and supervising project teams and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Supporting our Bid Office and Digital Strategy teams in the development and delivery of major bids and proposals.
Who You Are

We believe that the ideal candidate has experience from projects and project organizations within Information Technology and holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar assignments.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
