Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that business testing is structured, aligned, and ready for Go-Live across countries?

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our global Road Business STAR Implementation team, focusing on how business testing is prepared, coordinated, and continuously improved across DSV Road.

Your Responsibilities And Impact

In this role, you will play a key role in enabling how business testing is structured, prepared, and executed across DSV Road. You will contribute directly to the quality and reliability of testing execution by supporting consistent testing practices and ensuring Go-Live readiness across countries.

You will become part of the Business Support function within the global Road Business STAR Implementation organisation, working closely with STAR Center of Excellence and Business Transformation, Road PDD, Road IT, as well as Business testers, Key Users, and rollout teams across countries.

The team operates across Europe, supporting end-to-end rollout, adoption, and operational readiness for the STAR Eco-system.Your main focus will be to coordinate and support business testing execution, ensuring alignment with business processes, system requirements, and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate and support business testing execution, ensuring consistency and quality across testing events
  • Plan and organise testing activities based on scope definition, timeline coordination, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure testing readiness, including availability of scenarios, data, tools, and environments
  • Support testers and Key Users in executing business testing effectively
  • Monitor and drive testing progress, issue resolution, and risk management
  • Facilitate alignment between Business and IT to ensure efficient defect handling and resolution
  • Ensure clear reporting and documentation to support decision-making and Go-Live readiness
  • Support validation, approval, and sign-off processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and standards


What You Bring

We are looking for a structured and hands-on profile who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working across both Business and IT. We expect that you bring:


  • A solid understanding of transport and logistics operations, combined with a people- and user-centric mindset and an interest in learning and development
  • Experience in coordinating or supporting business testing (e.g. User Acceptance Testing)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in Business and IT
  • A structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)


It would be a plus if you also have:


  • Experience translating system functionality into business-relevant test scenarios and working with testing tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail or similar)
  • Experience from system implementations, rollout environments, or working with structured testing processes The role includes some travel activity across countries in connection with testing preparation and execution.
