As our new Executive Communications Assistant, you will strengthen leadership effectiveness across Group AME by shaping executive communication, orchestrating the leadership operating rhythm, and supporting the VP as a trusted partner. You will act as the integrator who turns strategy into clarity, alignment, and execution within a collaborative and inclusive culture.
What you will be doing
As part of Group AME, you will enhance leadership cohesion, communication clarity, and execution discipline.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing high-impact executive communication internally and externally, translating strategy into clear narratives
- Securing and continuously improving the leadership operating rhythm and governance
- Translating priorities into structured execution frameworks and owning the follow up
- Providing dedicated support and sparring to the vice president (~15%)
- Enabling collaboration and accountability across the leadership team through simple, effective ways of working and development initiatives
What makes you a great fit
You are an experienced, structured and proactive communicator with a strong execution mindset and the confidence to partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment.
We expect you have:
- A degree in Business Communication or a related field
- Experience within communication from an international company
- Strong facilitation skills and experience running leadership forums or workshops
- Excellent PowerPoint and communication tool capabilities, with interest in AI-supported productivity
- Fluency in English
It is a plus if you bring:
- Experience in change management or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to leadership team development, culture, or strategic alignment
- Familiarity with governance structures or operating rhythm design
